Capcom Pro Tour 2026 Schedule Adds New Spots and $2.1M Prize Pool
Three new qualification spots and a combined $2.1 million prize pool headline the Capcom Pro Tour 2026 season.
Key Takeaways:
- Japan stands as the only Super Region on the 2026 circuit.
- Chile joins the World Warrior program as a standalone territory.
- The global schedule features an additional Premier event compared to last year.
Restructured World Warrior Regions
Capcom activated the CPT 2026 hub to outline the roadmap to Capcom Cup 13. The updated format opens three additional entry points compared to the previous year. The regional online qualification system features a stricter cap for most of the world. Japan will be the only Super Region on the 2026 circuit. Every other World Warrior territory will qualify exactly one player.
This regional shift comes alongside expansion in South America. Chile was added to the circuit as its own distinct region. A final new spot will be awarded through the global leaderboard based on accumulated points.
Premier Tournament Circuit
Competitors have another major offline opportunity to earn their place this year. An additional Premier tournament will be hosted during the season. The winner of each designated offline event secures a direct spot at Capcom Cup 13.
The season begins in Tokyo with Evo Japan before moving to the United States for Combo Breaker. Two of the nine Premier slots remain unannounced.
