About This Event
CROSSOVER 2026 marks the fifth annual edition of Germany's largest grassroots fighting game tournament, returning to its 2023 home near Cologne after a two-year Oberhausen run that drew 457 attendees in 2025. Grown from a 2022 regional pilot into a European calendar fixture, the weekend centers on Street Fighter 6.
Operating outside the Capcom Pro Tour, the Street Fighter 6 bracket runs as an open double-elimination contest using a first-to-three match format throughout. Regional prestige and a crowd-funded pot built from entry fees drive the stakes.
Multi-Game Lineup and Format
Seven titles share two stages. International circuit play anchors the broader roster, with Guilty Gear -Strive- serving as an ARC World Tour 2026-2027 Gold qualifier and Granblue Fantasy Versus: Rising designated as a GBVS World Tour 2026 4-Star stop. Additional brackets feature TEKKEN 8, TEKKEN 7, MARVEL Tōkon: Fighting Souls, and Avatar Legends: The Fighting Game. Competitors register in advance on start.gg, while spectator passes are sold at the door and entrants under 18 require signed parental consent at check-in.
